Delete Your Account

Applies to Printer Pilot (com.printflowai.aiprinter) on iOS and Android.

You can delete your Printer Pilot account and its associated data at any time, either from inside the app or, if you no longer have the app, by email.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Printer Pilot and go to Settings → Your Data.
  2. Tap Delete My Data and confirm.
  3. Deletion happens immediately. The app then starts again with a new, empty account for your device.

Request deletion by email

Printer Pilot has no sign-in, so your account is tied to the device it was created on. If you can no longer open the app on that device:

  1. Email support@printerpilot.app with the subject “Delete my account”.
  2. Help us find the account: the name or email address you entered in the app, if any, and roughly when you last used it. If you subscribed, include the order number from your Apple or Google receipt.
  3. We confirm receipt, then complete deletion within 30 days. You will get a confirmation once it is done.

Cancel your subscription first. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google, not by us, so deleting your account does not stop billing. Cancel in Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions before deleting your account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes from our servers:

  • Your account record — your name and email address if you gave them, and, for accounts created in earlier versions, the sign-in email and password hash.
  • Your device records, including the hashed device secret and, on Android, the hashed Android ID.
  • Your AI consent setting and backup preference.
  • All document records, including extracted text, per-page text, tags, and categories.
  • All AI summaries, extracted fields, and chat sessions with their messages.
  • Document passages and embeddings generated for document chat.
  • Signature requests you sent, including their PDFs, signatures, and signing records.
  • Your subscription records and AI credit balance.
  • Registered push notification tokens.
  • Connected cloud storage accounts, including stored Google Drive access tokens.
  • Connection session records.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is retained

  • Backups, from which your data is purged on the normal backup rotation schedule rather than immediately.
  • Security and operational records — server logs and IP-based rate-limiting records — for as long as needed to protect the service from abuse.
  • Analytics, session replay, and crash data held by Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Sentry, which is not linked to your name or email address and expires on those services' retention schedules (see our Privacy Policy).
  • Support emails you sent us, in our support mailbox.

Data we never held

  • Files backed up to iCloud go from your device straight to Apple and are not stored by us. Remove them in the Files app under the Printer Pilot folder.
  • Files in Google Drive belong to your Google account. Deleting your Printer Pilot account deletes our stored access but does not delete files already in your Drive. You can also remove Printer Pilot's access in your Google Account settings.
  • Documents on your device. Your library, vault, expenses, and other local data stay on the device until you delete them or uninstall the app.
  • Payment details. Card and billing information is handled entirely by Apple and Google; we never receive it.

Deleting some data instead

If you would rather not close your account, you can, from within the app:

  • Delete individual documents from your library.
  • Delete individual AI chat sessions.
  • Disconnect cloud providers from Settings → Cloud Storage.
  • Turn off AI features from Settings → AI and Privacy.
